“It’s all about the house music baby”

Having spent most of his early years on the dance floor rather than behind the decks, Matty H’s love for music has been by his side for 30+ years. It was inevitable that once he purchased a set of decks, this passion would ignite into an obsession for house music. He now spends most of his spare time trawling through record labels to find those hidden gems from past and present.

“For me, lockdown was a spark that started a fire back into house music. I’ve been streaming every week, loving it. So, the logical progression was to get into Radio… so here I am, thanks for having me Release.”

Matty’s style is predominately funky house… but he loves to turn up the groove and get on the Jackin’ vibe at times.
